Things people ask before writing
Can you organise a trip at short notice?
Usually yes — outside July, August and the rtveli harvest weeks we can put a route together in three or four days. In peak season the guesthouses, not us, are the constraint.
Do you arrange flights and visas?
We do not book international flights, but we will tell you which arrival times work with the route. Most nationalities enter Georgia visa-free for a year; we check yours before you book anything.
Can we travel as a private group?
Every journey runs as a private trip from two travellers upward. Groups of five or more get reduced per-person rates — mention the group size in the form and the quote will already reflect it.
What if the weather closes a pass?
Every itinerary has a plan B written into it before you arrive, and the guide carries it. If a road closes we move the day around rather than cancelling it, and you are never charged twice for the same night.
Which season should I choose?
Our honest month-by-month answer is written out in full here. The short version: September for almost everything, February for skiing, May for having the country to yourself.
